A promise of forever

April 21, 2012 - my cousin's wedding day. The ceremony was held at Shrine of Mary queen of peace (our lady of edsa). We we're all excited, nervous and emotional all at the same time and I wasn't able to control my tears while she was walking down the aisle with the song "Panunumpa".

She looked so simple, peaceful and stunning in her wedding dress
The Bridesmaid! :)
The secondary Sponsors! :)
we were all wrapped with serenity and solemnity as the holy celebration    went on

I felt a little sad when the photographer called out for the family and relatives of the bride for the reason that most of our family members wasn't able to come home for the big event, including the sister of the bride. But I'm still so glad to see some of my relatives from manila that I seldom see. :)

It's my Dad and my Mom's wedding anniversary at the same time. So here we are, taking our family picture before we proceed at the reception! :)

The Reception

The reception was held at the AIC Gold Tower. We thought it will be just an ordinary wedding reception that we get to eat, take pictures, get our souvenirs and go. Surprisingly, it was fun! still the usual, the traditional but it was fun. :) The program was arranged accordingly. The host was very precise with her instructions that's why we knew where to go and what to do. Everyone were able to take a shot with the newly weds, get their souvenirs and  write their wishes for the couple. MOSTLY, We had a savory lunch and we were delighted by the desserts (watermelon and melon fresh cube cuts and coffee jelly). Happiness in our tummies! :)))

there were wedding singers to serenade us while we were eating and a surprise dance number from the groom! :) Nikko took a video of it but for some reasons I can't post it here, haha!

Arni got the bouquet and.... oopsie.... I don't know the name of the one who got the garter!  LOL!

The CAKES
I noticed a very important thing, Even the reception was filled with love and support. Our family was overwhelmed by how Kuya Carlo's family welcomed my cousin in their clan.

Oh and also, we did enjoyed the photo booth! :)

Hooo... I can't believe how time pass us by soooo fast. we may not see each other all the time now but we will forever  have that bond in our hearts. :)

and to the newly weds, Ate Camille and (ehem) Kuya Carlo :) CONGRATULATIONS and BEST WISHES! :)
